I’m a healthcare operations executive with a track record of scaling operations, driving $100M+ in revenue growth, and improving care for over 50 million members. C-suite leaders trust me to design customer-first, technology-driven strategies that speed up growth and tighten operations. I’ve run large operations, launched new products that grew members and revenue, integrated major acquisitions, and doubled margins as a COO. I build the systems and teams that make plans happen.

I hold an MBA in Finance from UConn and a BS from Bentley, and I’m an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Yale Ventures.

My passion

I love building things that work. Owners of small businesses work harder than anyone I know, and too many lose customers to missed calls and slow follow-up. Big companies have whole teams to fix that. I want local businesses to have the same tools, so they can grow and get their time back.
